Over the span of my studies at Goldsmiths, I have developed a painting practice reminiscent of the apprentice. While incorporating this technique into a more self-sufficient one, I learn from old masters by studying their color pallets, symbolic treatments, and material preferences. Weeding through the canonical art history with the present under the guidance of tutors, artists, and mentors, I am able to create a conceptual line of work influenced by contemporary movements.
